Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date of your order, in accordance with European regulations on the right of withdrawal.
General conditions for returns:
- The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must include any original labels or seals.
Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or arrives damaged.
Return procedure:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery by writing to [insert your email], indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- In case of a damaged or defective product, attach one or more clear photos showing the issue.
- We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or, if applicable, confirm a free replacement.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
Returns and quality for Print-on-Demand products
All our items are printed on demand through the Gelato platform. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for size, color changes, or buyer’s remorse, as the products are made to order for each customer.
In case of defective or damaged items upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days and provide clear photos of the problem. Once the defect is verified, we will request a free replacement or, if you prefer, issue a full refund for the product.
In case of lost or returned shipments, we will send a new order at no additional cost or process a refund, depending on the case. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Products excluded from returns:
- Personalized items made to order
- Used products, products damaged by the customer, or items without original packaging
